30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30
days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
We’ve made the process super easy:

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the
following conditions:
- Unused
and in the same condition you received it - In
its original packaging, with tags (if applicable) - Must
include the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
- Email us at customercare@masapets.store with your order number and reason for return
- If
your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and
where to send your item - Once
we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval
status - If
approved, you’ll receive your refund back to your original payment method
within a few business days
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a
return will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items
marked “final sale” - Gift
cards - Used
or damaged items (unless they arrived that way)
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, you’ll be
automatically refunded to your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to
process and post the refund.
